Activities:  
The Senior Center is open Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m.  Activities include cards, lunch, puzzles, and games.  

Nutrition Services:  
Nutritious noon meals are served on Tuesday and Thursday.  Meals on Wheels are also available for those who cannot travel to the Center for the noon meal.

Reservations for meals are requested one day in advance, please call 284-6501.  A $3.25 per person donation is suggested for individuals over age 60,  $5.00 for persons under age 60.  

Fundraising Activities:
Craft sales, Bake sales, Rummage sales, Raffles, and Pancake Breakfasts are frequently scheduled.  Special Stuffed Baked Potatoes with all the trimmings are served during the Fall Potato Festival and a Chili Feed is prepared for the annual Christmas Walk.

Wellness Services:
Blood pressure checks and an EyeCare Clinic are held the first Tuesday of every month.  Flu shots are scheduled every autumn and are given by the Gallatin County Health Department.  Costs for flu shots may be billed to Medicare or Medicaid.  A limited supply of medical equipment such as walkers, wheel chairs, shower benches, crutches, etc are available to seniors only on a free basis.

Membership:   
Membership is open to people of all races, creeds, and cultures, age 50 and older.  To become a member, pick up a registration form at the front desk, fill it out and pay the annual fee of $10.00 per year.  The fee supports the operating budget, is voluntary and activities are open to members and non-members alike.  Members may receive reduced rates for costly programs as they are added to the activity calendar.

Funds:   
The Manhattan Senior Center receives financial support from  grants, membership dues, and city and county funds.

Building Rental:   
The Manhattan Senior Center offers the building for rent to private parties, meetings, anniversaries, family or group functions.  Call 284-6501 for more information and to schedule reservations.
