The Centennial Park Early Childhood Learning Center staff believes
that providing quality care for children is one of the most important
responsibilities of our society: this is the foundation upon which the
program and operating philosophy is based.
The outstanding staff consists of two permanent full time individuals.
In addition there are several part time assistant caregivers.

Ashley Johnson is the current co-Teacher of Centennial Park ECLP.

She works together with the Director to provide a wonderful safe place of learning. She plays, teaches and smiles with the children. She wants to widen the children’s imaginations and help them become independently-minded. Ashley loves spring and summer due to the sunshine, as well as books and music. She loves learning, especially by observing those around her and taking what she can from situations. As a military child, Ashley moved around a lot until settling in Great Falls in ’96. She graduated high school in ’06 and then attended MSU-Bozmean where she was majoring in Mathematics. After completion of three acedemic years, She decided to take some time off to work full-time before going back to switch to Math-Education. She has been working with and mentoring children since the age of 14. She has been a volunteer for Campfire USA as well as a tutor for America Reads*America Counts. Ashley started at Centennial in October of 2007 as an aide, and ever since has been working there on and off.
We have a few part time helpers. Laura Selles is our fantastic teaching aide who is working on her degree in Early Childhood. There are also a few senior center members who have had teaching experience and have a strong desire to continue to work with youngsters both in a learning environment and in outdoor activities. We believe that it is advantageous to each child to have some contact with older persons and these folks are designated as "grandmother A, B, or C".
